Do you mean for voice work in animated films?
If so, did you ever notice that almost all of those who provide voices for the most popular animated movies are already well established character actors? There is far more to lending your voice to a film where your face will never be seen.
If you want to get voice work as an actor, then build your resume as a character actor 1st. If all Holywood wanted for animated films was a voice, then they would hire radio personalities instead of movie stars.
