The universe never ends, but it lasts as long as God exists; otherwise, God is like a King without a kingdom.
The Messengers of the One True God have not mentioned about the physical end of the world, but it is the spiritual end: all the wrongs of adolescence will be changed into the radiance of human adulthood. It is not a gloomy end, but it is a glorious one.
"Know thou that the passages that We have called "ambiguous" appear as such only in the eyes of them that have failed to soar above the horizon of guidance and to reach the heights of knowledge in the retreats of grace. For otherwise, unto them that have recognized the Repositories of divine Revelation and beheld through His inspiration the mysteries of divine authority, all the verses of God are perspicuous and all His allusions are clear. Such men discern the inner mysteries that have been clothed in the garment of words as clearly as ye perceive the heat of the sun or the wetness of water, nay even more distinctly. Immeasurably exalted is God above our praise of His loved ones, and beyond their praise of Him!

When, not if, the world ends, God will recreate what humans screwed up. We messed up his perfect creation, so at the end of time, he will remake it. He didn't mess up, we did. He will make a new Heaven and a new earth. When he says earth, I think it means the entire universe, especially if there are other planets with life. I personally believe that there could be "other worlds" but don't quote me if there aren't. Anyway, the Bible doesn't specify as to what God means by 'earth' so it could mean just our planet or if could mean every planet and every other celestial body. When this happens, no one will "reincarnate" to another planet. You've been watching too much Sci-Fi =).
And also, try to use puncuation next time. I had to read your question multiple times to try and figure out what you were trying to say.

2Pe 3:7 But the present heavens and the earth being kept in store by the same Word, are being kept for fire until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. And the sea no longer is.

"For the upright are the ones that will reside in the earth, and the blameless are the ones that will be left over in it. As regards the wicked, they will be cut off from the very earth; and as for the treacherous, they will be torn away from it." - Proverbs 2:21-22
When and If Almighty God wants to make other planets able to support life...........he can and will.
"For, according to their wish, this fact escapes their notice, that there were heavens from of old and an earth standing compactly out of water and in the midst of water by the word of God; and by those [means] the world of that time suffered destruction when it was deluged with water. But by the same word the heavens and the earth that are now are stored up for fire and are being reserved to the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly men." 2 Peter 3:5-7
I don't think there is away out of this and I don't think ones that have rated being destroyed will be able to hide. Where would they hide? He can read our mind why could he find us anywhere?
This Scripture would sum up very well:
"[Such] knowledge is too wonderful for me.
It is so high up that I cannot attain to it.
Where can I go from your spirit,
And where can I run away from your face?
If I should ascend to heaven, there you would be;
And if I should spread out my couch in She′ol, look! you [would be there].
Were I to take the wings of the dawn,
That I might reside in the most remote sea,
10 There, also, your own hand would lead me
And your right hand would lay hold of me.
And were I to say: “Surely darkness itself will hastily seize me!”
Then night would be light about me.
Even the darkness itself would not prove too dark for you,
But night itself would shine just as the day does;
The darkness might just as well be the light.
For you yourself produced my kidneys;
You kept me screened off in the belly of my mother.
I shall laud you because in a fear-inspiring way I am wonderfully made.
Your works are wonderful,
As my soul is very well aware.
My bones were not hidden from you
When I was made in secret,
When I was woven in the lowest parts of the earth.
Your eyes saw even the embryo of me,
And in your book all its parts were down in writing,
As regards the days when they were formed
And there was not yet one among them." -Psalms 139:6-16

The Prophecy of the Morrigan speaks of a large breakdown - a series of ills that tear things apart, with (essentially) the forces of chaos reasserting themselves. It doesn't specify if it applies to only this world or not - but I expect (based on comparable stories) that it will apply to the universe as a whole.
There's a potential that the forces of order will be able to beat back chaos, after things get destroyed, and rebuild - but there's nothing definatively laid out that points to that.

I'm going to say 2012 and it may just be referring to this planet; I don't think it means that anything will cease to exist but that the terra will go into like another state of existence or being

World means people, not planet. It never meant the planet. In the sense of the Bible, it means people not in keeping with God's word, whether they claim to be or not.

It's not the end of the world, as in it's going to be destroyed, but rather the end of the world as we know it is currently.
