For the most part they are really good people. My wife asked last night if it was a "Mormon thing" to take Christmas cookies or other treats to your neighbors. I just said they are generally good neighbors. Of course, you have your bad Mormons, who don't practice what they preach or think they are better than others, but you have those in every group, religion or society. As to the person above who talked about sinning as much as you want and then being saved, that is rediculous. The Bible clearly states that by our works God will know us. Mormons don't believe we are saved by our works alone, but that ony through the Lord Jesus can we be saved, because we are all imperfect. Give repsect and you'll get it.

Just like anyone else, I like some better than others. I guess since I am Mormon I probably tend to assume a certain "niceness" factor when it comes to other Mormons. But I also assume that's true with anyother group someone has a lot in common with.

I liked my Mormon neighbour that shoveled the snow off of my driveway, mowed my lawn and repaired a part of my roof he saw was a problem because he thought I was just a single girl who couldn't take care of myself living on my own in my new home.

I try to avoid them mostly. It's not so much a matter of like or dislike I mostly just don't have much of an opinion. I mean, god bless 'em with the Special Olympics and all. I really do think they need that sense of victory that that can bring them because they don't get many other breaks in life.

Oh, MorMons...oh, they're okay. Nice bit of land they got in Utah. And there's still that anti-caffeine thing.

Of course. I just feel so sad for them. You see, their whole religion is based on working their way to heaven. If they don't do enough good stuff then they won't go to heaven. So they have to keep on trying and trying to do good stuff to cancel out their bad stuff and hope and hope and hope that God will check his list and see if the person has more good stuff than bad.

I just don't know how the points are added up. Would walking an old lady across a busy street worth 10 points but flipping off a driver that cuts you off on the highway worth -25 points? You see, I would just like to know how many points you get or are taken away for each deed.

I like being a Christian a whole lot better. You see, you don't have to do anything and can be the worst sinner in the world and God will still forgive you. Then you don't have to do anything, but you want to do good works and keep the commandments because of your love for what God has done for you. This is a relationship between you and God. God wants to know you but the only way to do this is through his Son, Jesus. You must repent of your sins and trust Jesus to save you.

The people are usually fine. It is the church that is the problem. God has commanded us not to listen to false prophets. They have a line of them at that church.

I have nothing against the faith or religion.
But all of the Mormon teens I know (2) don't honor their religion very well, it's their decision I know. But it's messed up how they can say they're one thing yet do another.

I like them. I've known a couple and they were really nice. I do not like Warren Jeff, though.

I dont know any mormons personally but i dont agree with their religous beliefs. I think there should only be two people in a relationship not multiple. like mormon men can have.
