Do not rinse that often. The only real reason to use hydrogen peroxide as a rinse is to help heal mouth sores. It can actually be BAD to whiten your teeth. Whitening products can strip flouride from your teeth which is bad. Less flouride on a tooth means more of a chance of getting cavities.
Stop rinsing so often or stop rinsing all together. Try just using plain mouthrinse. If you are so concerned with whitening your teeth then try the NEW listerine whitening mouthrinse because I am sure that would be much SAFER than using hydrogen peroxide.
