What will happen if i eat a whole bottle of those chewable gummie flinstone vitamins for kids? They taste pretty good. Too much of anything is bad right? Do you think it will hurt me at all?

In addition to the tummy ache the overload of vitamin c will probably give you the runs.

Yes it can hurt you. If you eat the whole bottle or even more than 2 your parents will have to take you to the hospital ER. DO NOT EAT more than 1 a day. Why?
Because vitamins A,D,E and K are the vitamins that humans can easily overdose on. ADE and K are stored by the body so the more you take the more your body is storing, which can lead to death if you take too much in one day. Not to mention all the minerals that are deadly to overdose on such as Iron.
If you have taken more than 2 vitamins today tell your parents or call your doctor. If you have taken the whole bottle call an ambulance. This is serious, not a joke. It will kill you if you eat a whole bottle or even half. Never ever take more than 1 multivitamin a day.

Yes, it will hurt you. It will damage your liver and or you kidneys or both. A friend of mine was a vitamin junkie, several times a day he takes vitamins. A few weeks later, he could barely walk because he was in so much pain. He went to the doctor, and they found out that he needed a liver and kidney transplant because his were no good due to too much vitamins. Now he's doing better, but he don't take any more vitamins either. I hope that this advise helps. Don't want you to go through what my friend did.

You could overdose on iron. Seriously. Iron overdose is one of the leading causes of death by poisoning for children. And it is usually from vitamins. And there is no know antidote. Of course a child has to eat a whole bottle but still its a dumb thing for an adult to do. If you need sugar that bad go eat some Nesquik or drink some pancake syrup. If you insist on eating vitamins, please don't let your little sister or younger neighbor or other kids see you.

Yeah.. it will make you sick. If you want candy.. go to the store. Candy gummies will taste better, be MUCH cheaper and not make you ill. Ya know there are warnings on the label telling you not to eat more than recommended.

its bad for you and not healthy. eating too much gummies can harm you. first you'll get a stomach ache then go to the bathroom alot finally a really bad cavity. getting a filling durning the holidays is not fun. or any other time. DoNt EaT tHe wHoLe JaR pLeAsE.

not a good idea. to much vitamins can be harmful. if you to much of anything you can get sick. If you like gummy bears go and get normal ones at the store.

Honey, if you have already done this, please call poison control. The phone # should be in the blue pages of the phone book. They will ask you some basic info just for tracking purposes, nothing that would identify you though. You could get seriously sick from doing this, so if you haven't, please don't. If you want some candy, get it. Don't eat the vitamins for candy effect. Please don't do it!

no they wont hurt you they well just give you a bad stomach ach and you might have to go the the bathroom 2 to 4 is good enough for one day don't over do it !!!
