Have you considered being tested for allergies using alternative medical testing? One method that I know of is called "Electro-dermal" testing, and I've heard that people get very good results. You don't have to be exposed to the allergen by eating, so you don't have to worry about effects after the testing. It could help you determine what's going on.

Hey Gary - I can really sympathize with you! I used to get a severe reaction to certain foods I would ingest. I would break out in hives so bad in my mouth and throat that the next step was going to be the epi pen. I knew of certain foods that would cause the reaction and sometimes I didn't know. But, needless to say, my frustration level was at a peak. The doctors couldn't help me so I began to research all that I could. I began by taking specific supplements that would control my hives to a point but not fully. I finally decided that my hives were a result of my age and the years of exposure to environmental toxins, preservatives in foods, ets. When I was younger I never had allergic reactions to food, it began in my early 40's. I decided to do a colonix and detox - basically it was my last hope and I figured it couldn't hurt. I ordered my kit from www.drnatura.com. Now, this company never had any claims that it would help with allergic reactions and/or hives but after reading through their website I decided to give it a try. I did the colonix and detox, along with my husband and a girlfriend, for 30 days. The process is simple and is very gentle. You are not running to the toilet and exploding! Within the 30 days I began to notice that I was no longer getting hives! It has been 4 months now since I used this product and I am hive free! I do continue taking their Detoxigreens which are their mulit-vitamin along with acidophilus every day. This company has a very helpful customer service and a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. If I were you I would give this a try, it just might help you too. I don't know how old you are but if you didn't have these reactions when you were younger it just might be that your system is overloaded and the only thing it can do is react to the preservatives, etc. in our foods. If you look up this website and see some of the disgusting pictures of stuff that can come out of you in your bowel movements, don't let it scare you. I didn't have anything like that come out of me! I hope this helps you! Good Luck! It was worth it just to be able to live a normal life again - I have a 6 year old son and I don't have time to be laid up in bed with severe hives!

I don't think you are allergic to beef or pork maybe an additive? Its not possible to be allergic to the actual meat. Try buying organic.
