Hint: Mimosas are not served over ice.

There are several variations on the classic Mimosa you can experiment with.
Here are a few;
White Peach Nectar with Champagne & Peach Schnapps
The Classic Mimosa - Champagne & Orange Juice
Grand Cranberry - Champagne Triple Sec, Cranberry & Orange Juice
Kir Royale - Champagne Orange Juice & Creme De Cassis
Blue Bubbles - Champagne Blue Curacao & Orange Juice
Mambo King - Champagne Stoli Raspberry & Orange Juice
Champagne Side Car - Brandy Contreu, Splash of Champagne
Slow Comfortable Morning Screw - Southern Comfort, Champagne, & OJ
The Citrus - Absolute Citron Orange Juice & Champagne
Raspberry Truffle - Godiva Chocolate Stoli Raspberry & Champagne

All are great for brunch
(although I prefer a Ramos Fizz)

It is a mimosa.

We have them on special occasions, Easter brunch, X-mas morning, getting ready for an afternoon wedding, New Year's Day.

Mix them in any proportion that you like. We usually go 2/3 orange juice and 1/3 champagne. Add a maraschino cherry and a splash of the cherry juice gives color and a nice hint of sweet cherry flavor too.

I believe its called a Mimosa. It's two parts Orange Juice and One Part Champagne over crushed ice. Go below for the actual recipe.

very simple yet delightful cocktail, a Mimosa makes an excellent brunch cocktail. You can vary this recipe by adding a splash of grenadine, adding a little Cognac or substituting Grand Mariner for the triple sec.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
3 1/2 oz chilled Champagne
orange slice for garnish
PREPARATION:
Build the ingredients in the order given in a Champagne flute.
Garnish with the orange slice.

Average mimosa recipe and add some Ammereto. Adds quite a nice flavor.

A Mimosa is the only one I know of and is typically only drunk in the morning.
