Almost every country that has Islam as its main religion shows no tolerance for those of other beliefs. Christians are killed quite often for not converting to Islam. That does not sound tolerant to me.

Islam is believe you or not religion of peace,I am Orthodox christian but I read theirs wholly book "Koran",those people whose cal themselves a Muslims does not read ed anything of that.In "Koran"I read ed that you must love Jews and Christians because they obey the same god as the Muslims,this part of book calls"Bekare"so that question you ask doesn't have nothing with Islamic religion,that is more native custom to hate everybody who doesn't follow the leader whose propagandizing the hate.

You are very right, and we as a society must challenge these Muslims to practise what they ask us for. If they want tolerance, give it, if they want peace, live it. All we hear all over the world is what they want, well what about the other 5 billion+ of us?

NOT ALL MUSLIMS have no tolerance for Jews and Christians. One of my friends is a Muslim from Pakistan. She is lovely, kind, and comfortable with Jews and Christians. The Muslims that you are talking about are really not Muslims. They are retarded extremists who don't no what they believe or the difference between right and wrong.

probably because the Christians were the ones who mobilized all of Europe to "retake the holy land in the name of God" when the muslims were running a peacful empire with tolerance for all "People of the book" and ever since the first crusade we have been trying to interfere in middle eastern politics for commodities and trade all in the name of religion.

There's a difference in wanting tolerance for yourself and giving it to others. Mohammed was once all lovey, dovey with the Jews and Christians, until they wouldn't accept him as a prophet. He then changed his tune from love to kill all infidels.

plz ppl who are not Muslim, i want u plz plz plz to comprehens a simple rule, verses including infidels which must be killed were for CERTAIN time, and for CERTAIN ppl, and for CERTAIN occasions, as a Muslim my religion is not complete if i didn't believe in Jesus, moses, and Abram, it's not complete, if i didn't believe in the bible and the holy book of the jews, b4 1948, jews used to live in egypt with muslims and christians, we were bothers and sons of one country, it's doesnt matter ur religion, we worship one GOD, and GOd will deside in the last day whom is wright, for now, let us just be brothers, and spread peace, plz ppl plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

That is certainly not true. it seems that you have misunderstood Islam and Muslims. You should know that Islam tolerates all other religions. Dont be fooled by what you see on TV.

I don't really think that muslims ask for tolerance. It seems to me that they DEMAND respect and submission. Just my observation.
