Lately for the past year I been so stressed lately it been making me want to kill my self cause every day it builds up higher and higher I feel like a outsider... u know one of the people that don't belong in a place. Thats what I feel all the time and lately it been taking me so far i just want to kill my self.. but i never have guts to i guess its a sign things will get better but any how... Is there a way i can get rid of this stress before i do. I don't want to tell my parents this cause i don't want to see a doctor or take pills every day for depression or stress so is there any tips that i can use to get rid of stress?

HI THERE DON'T PLEASE THINK OF TAKING YOUR LIFE IF YOU FEEL DEPRESS I THINK YOU USE GET HELP BUT NOT TAKE YOUR LIFE . LISTEN WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT I WAS GIVEN AWAY AT BIRTH AND THAT THE LADY THAT WAS TAKING CARE OF ME WAS NOT MY MOTHER I TOO WENT THROUGH SOME VERY HARD TIMES AS A TEEN BUT I MADE MY OWN LIFE EVEN WITH MY CHILDREN NOW GROW UP I WENT THROUGH CHANGES IT'S PART OF LIFE TO GO THROUGH THE ROAD OF UP'S AND DOWN'S WE ARE BUT ONLY HUMANS WEAK AT TIMES AND STRONG IN OTHERS WAYS. BUT TAKING YOUR LIFE WILL NOT SOLVE ANYTHING. I GOT RID OF MY DEPRESSION BY READING THE BIBLE AND GOING TO CHURCH ,MEETING NEW FRIENDS GOING OUT EVEN IF IT WAS ALONG I NO LONGER FEEL AS IF I NEED TO DIE CAUSE LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL WHAT ALSO MADE ME FEEL BETTER IS WRITTING POEMS YOU TAKE PAPER AND BRAINSTORM IT WHAT YOU FEEL WITHOUT STOPPING THEN READ WHAT YOU WROTE AT TIMES IT IS FUNNY I LEARN THAT IN SCHOOL . IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE MEDICINE THEN DO IT IT WILL HELP BUT IF YOU FEEL TOO DEPRESS PLEASE GET HELP YOU MENTION YOUR PARENTS BUT NOT YOUR AGE? Sounds more like depression than stress. Getting rid of stress is easy, just take time to relax and not take everything so seriously, but depression....you'll need professional help.

you didn't mention how old you are.

bit of light excercise, listening to classical music and doing yoga does help.
