A little more than a day ago I worked my triceps pretty hard at the gym. They are a little sore, but it's hardly noticeable. I'm thinking about shooting some hoops tonight. Now I know playing basketball works your triceps, so should I give my triceps more than 24 hours of rest before playing?

Yes, you will be sore and probably will be off your game, but as long as you streatch, you should be fine.

you probably could if you really really wanted to, but it would make your triceps even more sore and then you would be more at risk of pulling a muscle. you probably shouldnt play basketball until you dont feel any soreness. good luck!

you really should unless they do not feel sore at all. your body can only go so far when you try to exercise, so dont go overboard.
