Not exactly, most recently a model across seas died not from her anorexia but because she was so thin her body parts started to shut down. Eating disorders lead to problems within one's body causing heart attacks and malfunctions of other organs such as the kidneys simply because the lack of nourishment and then the body organs just cannot function well.
