Yes and no...
We have not proven that a heaven exists and or a hell on a spiritual level...however my thoughts on the outer dimensions of the Universe where time and space do not exist, suggests that perfection must exist, or else it would not be perfect...
To answer you question, seems there are alot of 'hells' on earth for those who disobey some of the common rules of nature, of God and sometimes the law...
Look at Aids...it is not caused by a virus, but by immoral behavior...(in most all cases)...breaking the rules...cause your hell (and in alot of cases create hells for others as well....) that the role of the devil...!
(well aids is caused by a virus..thats a half-truth, a truth that lies...part of the truth...this virus does not pass from one person to another through causual contact...now does it...(in most cases)...

No. There is no evidence towards either whatsoever let alone any proof. Even if I were a Christian theist I'd have to acknowledge this.

Well, there's proof in the life of each true believer that God is real, so YES, that's proof enough for us that Heaven and hell are real, also.

No, of course not...just as there is no proof of god/dess(es) or anything else of the sort.
heaven and hell are what you make of your own life here on this earth...they are concepts of "good" and "bad" places...
