im a teen and i still have some baby fat that bugs me. plus, i think my legs are kinda fat. all my friends have really toned, nice flat stomachs. i am 100 pounds and 13 years old. help! we go to tons of parties and stuff and i really want to loose weight. its hard tho. i keep grabbing the holiday cookies. please help me! also, is pasta good for loosing weight? do sit ups actually help?

how tall are u? chances are that if u're 13 and weigh100 pounds, you have a healthy weight. DONT try dieting or anything...well u could, just don't let it get out of hand. eat healthier. u could try some crunches for your tummy, and to get toned legs, try doing some running. hills are best.
It really doesn't sound like your'e that overweight though.
u should be focusing on other stuff, just have fun, do dorky things while u still can.

First your body is still going through some changes but if you are in a hurry to lose that baby fat some of the things you can do are listed below.
1. Stay away from sugar which includes cookies, ice cream, pies, cakes in other words desserts. Soda, pink lemonade (all lemonade, ice tea). And no pasta is not a good way to lose weight. In fact some italian food is very fattening. Bread and flour tortillas are not good either. If you are going to have a sandwich, have one slice of bread instead of 2 and try corn tortillas instead of flour. I don't know what your blood type is but fish, chicken, red meat and water plus crunches, baby push ups and walking up and down stairs are all great ways to lose weight and tone up. Good luck to you since this is Christmas season where we all tend in indulge.
2. Before you eat or buy read the back of the package to see what ingredients are contained within. If sugar, corn syrup, fructose are one of the first 5 do not buy. There is also a book which you can buy at Barnes and Noble or Borders. I think the title is Food Types for Blood Types. Its a great book but you need to know what your blood type is. Good luck

You don't sound as if you need to lose much weight, but you may need to tone up. Get more exercise. Walk, walk, walk, at least 10,000 steps a day (ask for a pedometer for Christmas). Join a sports team or start swimming regularly. Read about basic weight training programs. Eat a nutritious diet. Drink plenty of water. No more junk food, or fast food or soda. Most parties have some nutritious food too, so concentrate on that.

well, are you dedicated to losing some pounds? You are in a regular weight stage. if you really dislike your stomach that much, then lift dumbbells more often and move more. Situps work but you have to keep up everyday or so to see results.

You don't need to lose weight.

Yes sit ups help quite a bit actually.

To get your thighs tighter...walk more or run.
