I feel like I have too much going on in my life right now, and breaking up with my boyfriend would be a good way to relieve some of that stress. He's really sweet, and I want to stay good friends with him, but I still need to break up with him. We haven't been going out very long, but for Christmas he gave me this really sweet gift, and I could tell he really likes me. Please help me find a way to break up with him, but stay friends without hurting him. Please, please help.

you might try telling him the truth- exactly what you just said- and hope he understands. telling him the truth is always better than lying and then him finding out later. he might get pissed off or sad for a while that you're breaking up with him, but give him a while to cool off and he'll come around and realize your point of view. if you two were good friends before you started going out then he will probably realize that it was better for both of you. and who knows- maybe you'll get back together when your schedule isn't so hectic

now before you make any big moves. think first. is this REALLY what you want? okay well if you are then just tell him you guys need to talk..in person is best. then sit him down and explain exactly what is on your mind and break it slowly to him. let him know that this is because of how you are feeling. then after just keep in contact with him to stay friends but just DONT GIVE IN or else your never gonna get anywhere.

personally i dont think its that he's too old for you. two years difference is not a big deal. its the fact that those two extra years have given him a lot more experience. also is he even a virgin? maybe the porn on his phone is just him being curious like any other guy but sometimes it can get out of hand. if he's pressuring you after just one month of dating you should definately dump him for someone who is willing to wait until your ready. find a guy who respects you and shows his respect for women by not being so obbsessed with seeing them naked. hope this helps!

The best way to handle this to be honest with him. Tell him how you really feel. If he cares about you he will be ok with your decision and wait untill you are ready to resume the realationship.
