I don't know, but the day that that story was aired on the radio as I was driving to work, they spent two minutes talking about how we're trying our own for murder in a war zone, and literally five seconds mentioning the 2 soldiers that were tortured, burned, and beheaded. This country's media has got things f*cked up! All they want is to sell a story, no matter how demoralizing it is.

as a former marine myself, i don't think they should be punished at all. the term 'war crimes' is an oxymoron, as war IS a crime. it is quite possbily the ultimate crime against self and against humanity.

if you train someone to do one thing, and one thing only, and then they do that one thing, why should you be so surprised when they do it?
