The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins
There are some videos on youtube.com of him reading a few chapters.
The End of Faith by Sam Harris
Letter to a Christian Nation by Sam Harris
Breaking the Spell by Daniel C. Dennett
All of the above books are built on logic and reason.

If you run a search on Amazon for text books on comparative religions, you may find a few that present religion, spirituality and faith in a relatively unbias light. Be sure to check who the printer is, because some University Press companies are "religion centered" depending on the university they work for. Check for public universities or independent press publishers. You will have some luck there.
But any book on a specific religion, spirituality or faith is going to be bias towards themselves. I mean, if you are paying for the book, who wouldn't.
Good luck. And if you find some good titles, let me know.

No, simply because there is no objective evidence of God and therefore any associated rules and organizations would be biased towards whatever their background is. Though I suppose that there are some historic accounts that would work. I would suggest reading as many different Holy works as you can get a hand on, Bible, Upanishads, Rig Veda, Tao Te Ching, Koran, Tibetan Book of the Dead, etc. Then look up the associated religions online and marvel at the diversity of interpretations. Also read up on some current sociology and psychology. I would suggest Marc Hauser's "Moral Minds" and Dawkin's "The God Delusion."

The History of God which is written by an ex nun.
The Gnostic Scriptures by Bentley Layton - this is scripture but it's an academic translation so it takes an impartial stance. The scripture is introduced from a historical and contextual viewpoint.
There are lots of books including translations of scriptures which would be good for you to read and unbiased. The book will only be unbiased if you are.
It really depends on if you want you beliefs challenged or if you want to have somebody tell you what you want to hear and therefore give you intelligent ammo to use in arguements.
You should definitely read a comedy book called:
Scepticism Inc. by Bo Fowler.
