well ma computers been messing up lately and jus shuts down for no apperant reason and ma master account i cant get on it cuz it always frezzes when i ge there and i wanna delete or jus restart the whole computer cuz its really bugging me!!! I NEED HELP

Explainf first few things.
What type of PC you have?
What OS (Windows 98 or XP) you have?
While trying to boot system press F8, run windows in safe mode, run msconfig from run, uncheck all the items from startup tab and re-start, see what happened
if you have access to cu\yber cafe download xcleane from http://www.xblock.com,and run it in you PC from safe mode, remove all what is say is suspected
