do the dance "core " exercises, they work, stand with feet about a foot apart, lift left hip then right, for a set of 50,,,, then tilt pelvis forward, then back (sticking your bum out) ,,,,, for set of 50,,,,,, finally rotate your hips, hitting the 4 positions you did in the first two exercises,,,for set of 50,,,, this works your stomach muscles better then situps/weights, and works for a man or woman,,,,,,, its the repetition that does it , do this daily for a week, and you will see a difference,,,,, in fact you can feel it as your doing it ,,,,,,

roman chair sit-ups. do as many as you can till it burns. do them everyday. you don't want big muscles in your abs so you can't work them like any other muscles in your body. it is the fastest way to what you want. Look up roman chair sit-ups to learn how. hope it helps.
