First fish is not safe to eat in that quantity because of the mercury content in it. We are to eat a variety of foods for our bodies to be healthy. Try chicken and even steamed veggies. You need the vitamins in veggies and protein in meats. you should also take a multivitamin, mineral suppliment with B-vitamins and vitamin C which is water soluble, that means it has to be replaced each day or your body washes it out. You need calcium for your bones. So, low fat dairy, yogurt, cheese and milk are good for you. Don't limit yourself to any single food for that long. You are not going to be healthy enough for the exercise. Steaming is great! Steam beans, potatoes, carrots. Eat small amounts often but include many foods. Good luck. Be smart. Please.Choose health over weight.

As far as i know, you should have a varied diet to be healthy, even though eating steamed fish and lettuce sounds very good, your body needs the other kinds of food also to function properly. If you are doing this for just a couple of weeks it might be ok, however, i don't think it is a good idea to do it for a long time. The idea of eating smaller portions more frequently everyday is an excellent and healthy idea though, you might wanna visit this nutrition site and get some info, it is just an information site nothing to buy. the site is :

Sure. Seriously.

Weight will fall off of you on that kind of diet, presuming you're not still ingesting more total calories than you burn.

I don't know about 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but if you haven't already been dieting, and if you have more than 30 total pounds to lose, you're chances are decent. Not 100%, but give you 50/50.

If you're pretty lean, then 10 pounds will be tough.

I bet it will work, but i would vary your food intake some. You need fiber and more vitamins and minerals than this will provide.
