No. Quite frankly I find those ripped jeans pretty dumb. Girls should just wear whatever they feel most comfortable in; I wouldn't like a girl who cares more about her 'looks' than her own comfort (not to mention financial situation...some of those things are expensive).
But then, I'm out of the ordinary. If you only want to impress some generic guy, go for it.

yeah it worked for brittany Spears and Samantha fox, all fashions are in fashion, but your *** must look good in them, so make sure the pockets are in the right place and right size to make your butt the right shape, also the chick from Rogue traders, heres a pic of Sam fox she was the biggest thing in the 80s as far as hot was concerned, as Britt is was and Rogue trades is Now

Hot? No. The look does not make the women/girl. The woman/girl makes the look. Clothes do not make you hot. If you are hot you will look hot without clothes too.
