Can we recover permanently deleted items? I mean, can I do it without paying a computer-wise person? please help me!! I deleted my photos thinking that they were saved on a disk and they were not! PLEASE HELP!

I wouldn't panic there are plenty of third-party tools that deal with your accidentally deleted files. For example:

if you have not emptied the trash can double click on the can a menu will open and tell it to save

If they are still in the trash just right click on trash can, and click explore and restore.
