Where can I find on the net to where I can build my own 24v AC Power Supply?

Here's a transformer that will give you 25.2V AC (only 5% off of 24 V) -- probably good enough for whatever you're feeding the 24 VAC into.

If you meant 24VDC, you'd probably want to start with a transformer like this and add a full wave rectifier & filter to get the 24 V DC.
