What makes you think it is the mange???
The last time I know of a cat having the mange was about 39 years back up in Washington. It was treated with daily shampooing for about a week .The shampoo came from the vet and the mange was diagnosed by the vet.
It is most likely your cat has an allergy .In any event I would take her to the vet,he can tell you for certain what's up and how to fix it. Good luck

Best bet is to take your cat to vet, so he can diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment, for whatever the problem is.

Be advised that one of the things that can cause a mange-like condition in cats is scabies (a tiny mite) .. that can and will transfer to humans!
