okay so i see alot of questions posted by women asking am I fat, do guys like big eyes, why do guys like blonds, are my boobs big enough, etc etc. Are we all really this insecure? Men like women, as long as you take care of yourself and try to maintain your apperence. Of course guys have fetishes, for blonds, brunttes, asains, big boobs but this doesn't always effect who they date or fall in love with. Men am I right?
ANd yes i know some guys are just as paranoid too, it is primarilly women who ask though.

I agree. I'll say what i have always said as long as i think im gorgeous is all that matters. Im 16. I don't fall for societys games i don't even ware makeup and i look gorgeous. People really need to grow up and stop caring what others think because life is to short to be miserble. When it comes to looks it only matters what i think. If guys don't like it keep walking because your not worth my time.

Now, wouldn't it be real boring, if we were all the same? And with identical tastes?
In the real world (outside of Hollywood, and Madison Avenue), different guys have different tastes. For example, I prefer smaller breasts on women, and I know guys who lust after "full-figured" women, that I would never even CONSIDER dating. Skin color is a matter of personal taste, whether you prefer it to match yours, or not to. The main reason blonds & redheads are generally popular, is because they are rarer than brunettes (law of supply & demand). Personally, I like to look at some blonds, to admire the different look, and how it all fits together with the rest of the package, but I have never been with one, nor have any particular desire to.
What really matters, is personality, and character and trust. The two of you need to be compatible, yet balance out each other's weaknesses. The key is to be able to love & trust one another, despite what may not be perfect about your partner. And the physical attributes are only a minor part of all this, yet are important in the sense of there needs to be a mutual physical attraction for a marriage to work. I mean, who would marry someone they are physically repulsed by, thinking: "they are the perfect partner for me, as long as I am not expected to to make love to them...that wart on their face is just too much of a turn-off for me!"

Bingo! Glad to hear someone come out with the truth about appearances. I'm not a guy but I can say guys can be just as insecure, they worry about if they are tall enough, they worry about a certain body part and if they can use it well enough, they worry about receeding hairlines, ect, ect. But I can speak for my bf, that he does love the fantasy woman with the perfect slim body and perky breasts, but I am far from that fantasy since I am obese, but he loves me anyway and we have a great relationship.

If there's an attraction and chemistry between the girl/woman and guy, nothing matters. She can be blonde, brunnette, tall, short, Asian, Italian, have blue eyes, brown, thin or not...blah, blah, blah. It's all about what turns us on at the time.
And it has nothing to do with "love" because that doesn't compute with most males. It's more about lust.

I hate to say this but there are guys that don't care if u a skinney or fat, if you dress in style or are just u. Hey I am who I am and nothing is going to change that and my husband wouldn't want me to change because this is who he fell in love with.

its the media...we keep getting images of how we are SUPPOSED to be instead of how we really are...and for the record...the same goes for girls.....yes we have preferences but I dont need to be dating a man with washboard abs, etc...

honestly i dont like fake **** but i like them big....their some chubby girls out their that are pretty because they take care of them self but then the ones that scare you are the ones who want a man for life and they dont really take care of them selfs...blods they good a stuff but most of them are dumb i know had plenty plus look at jessica simpson....me personaly im fine with my girl she aint skinny like 50 pounds thats like the death is with you she in shape i do admit that...she has big boobs...an she isnt fat that much but she thinks she is...but i try not to discurage her....all im saying is dont feel bad for who you are all man are different we all like different types of chicks

women are only insecure if they make themselves insecure. its pretty simple if you just think about it. i agree most women need to relax. a guy will like you for who you are no matter how cheesy that sounds.
