Have you ever wondered why everything that is so damned wrong feels so damned good? I have.
I was wondering, what if God really was the Devil and the Devil was the true creator? It would make more sense. Why would we be forbidden to enjoy the senses endowed to us by the very person that created them in the first place? Why would sex feel so good if it's only meant for procreation without recreation? Why would he create women so beautiful and then say not to admire their beauty?
What if we are meant to master the pain and pleasures of the physical realm to prepares us for the next one? And somehow, the wrong entity is winning the battle? It has been said that Satan is the great Deceiver... how can we be sure that he hasn't pulled off the greatest deception of all? To convince us that he is God and God is the Devil in an attempt to deny us the blessings of physical existence

It is said that Adam and Eve were forbidden to eat from the tree of knowledge and it took a serpent to convince them otherwise. Is the pursuit of knowledge evil? Why would a creator want us to live in ignorance of his creation? It makes more sense that the serpent was the good one in this story.

Wow that is an awesome thought. I have never heard that argument before and being pagan I've heard alot of them. But it does make sense. Wonder what excuse the Christians will come up with for this one.

Most of the things that feel so good have bad consequences - Drugs, Alcohol, Sex (all of these things when used out of the way God intended for them to be harbor bad things... abuse, death, murder of others, diseases)
We are not forbidden from doing anything. That is the beauty of free will. However, we are called to be as righteous as possible.
God does not tell us that sex is only for procreation - But sex in all forms (both for recreation and procreation) is to be used only within the boundaries of marriage. (take it from someone who had sex before i was married - there is a huge difference between premarital sex, and marital sex)
Men and Women are attractive because humans find them attractive. We need to stay attracted to our spouse for the rest of our lives. God did this on purpose. Would you be more likely to leave your spouse if they were ugly in your own eyes?
Satan HAS convinced us that he is God.... In Christianity - That would be in all the millions of false religions that have been created. So millions and millions and millions of people are worshipping Satan without even knowing it.
Your argument is one that Satan loves. He wants you to get as confused as possible and think that everything the bible says is false. Just you making this question makes him win.

What a great question.I'm sorry my answer is more of an opinion rather than an answer.I can't understand why people use the bible as a foundation, the source of theology.It's a confortable , secure thought,however it is not history. It can't be documented. It is hearsay at best. And that is the new testament. The old testament? God Help us.Legend? The bible; we don't know what went on.
You're basing your thoughts on stories were put together at least 100-150 years after jesus died. Tell me , how do you know he was not a conglomeration. Please ,i hope you are not offended

God said if they eat the fruit they will die, Satan said through the serpent that they will not die. Although Eve did not die instantly, she did so later on so did Adam after experiencing sickness, old age,pain. Those would not have even happened if they remained loyal to God...who gave them perfect life.
This also shows that man, even Satan are endowed with free will, that although perfect they were not like robots who were told what to do.
Sex is not meant for recreation as you know too well what it brings when done incorrectly...unwanted pregnancy, sickness, family problems...Remember how Satan enticed the angels to rebel against God? Yes, he used the beauty of women, by enticing the angels, he was able to turn them away from God as those angels materialzed in human form and have sex with humans giving them the Nephilims which were wicked creatures.
The laws of God were meant to protects us but Satan's disobedience and influence brings us to death and destruction.

Sex is not for procreation only, but it is meant to be between a husband and a wife. That is its true purpose.
He might ask why some drugs or alcohol 'feel so d* good' also, but their long-term effects are debilitating. It is the same way. There is also a difference between admiring a woman and lusting after her.
God does not seek to deny us the blessings of physical existence, He just knows how we are designed and what we are designed for. He wants us to have the most enjoyable life possible for our situation.

Have you ever wondered if maybe the Bible was just a really neat story made up by someone many years ago??? I used to think Greek Mythology was cool too when their gods were made up to explain things.
I say we should question the existence of anything that doesn't show itself. Believing in Satan and God are as much real as believing in the boogeyman...can't see him either...

My answer will probably not phase you or anyone else, but you need to remember that God can intervene. If deception ever got or gets to that point I believe God would intervene. Either by righting the wrong or by bringing the Revelation.

I agree with the possibility....It's more possible that it's all made up...Things that feel good, like sex, are only dangerous when over-endulged in....This usually happens when one lives under strict laws that forbid it....
