Mold is mold and it is really all bad.
Here is some info for you.
Some of the symptoms people can exhibit include ongoing itchy eyes, nose bleeds, continuing sinus problems, chronic fatigue, headaches, memory issues, running nose, and even skin rashes or sores. In addition to serious lung diseases, some studies have led to concerns about mold and hair loss, cancer, and birth defects. Not all people living or working in an environment contaminated by mold will experience symptoms, and those who do may not experience the same symptoms as those around them.

Black mold causes a host of neurological and respiratory problems. You need to file a claim with your home owners insurance if it is truly black mold and get out of your house now. There are companies that will test it for you. Black mold is from construction materials that get wet. It can kill you. If you are talking about mold around the bathtub or sink, it is just mold and buy tilex to clean it.

Black mold is called Stachybotrys, and it's very toxic. The following link will give you more information.

You'll have to have mold professionals come into your home and remove it. They will come in in chemical suits and masks. We had a mold removal service in our home last summer. Good luck!

I'm a nurse. You are fine. Watch them and if they begin to change colors see the doctor. I wouldn't worry about them now, only if they change in color.
