I was thinking of moving my small remodeling business to florida and am wondering if there's work there?

Well before you pick Tampa you should know it is #5 in all the cities in the US that is highest in crime. I lived there in great neighborhoods and my car got stolen, my house broke into in the middle of the day, and the entire inside of my house everything was stolen. May I add that this was 3 different occasions, not all at one time. I moved to clearwater which is about 25 minutes away and never had a problem. Clearwater is very populated and a very easy commute to Tampa. Tampa and Clearwater are both over populated and still growing so I think you won't have a problem with your business just I wouldn't recommend Tampa.

friend lives in engelwood near tampa.. said the building has just came to a standstill. not sure on remodeling but if there isnt anything in remodel dont expect to find anything in new const. i read that florida was one that was hard hit.. where do you think the guys from new const went?
