one guy posted a question asking if it was weird that he was attracted to srtong girls who can defend themselves earlier....so im assuming its a turn on for alot of them :)

NO. A guy should not feel threatened if a girl knows self-defence.It's a good thing.He is not always around and there may be instances when that self-defence will come in handy.While men should protect women,some women wants to be independent and may want to try to protect herself.I really believe that all women should learn self-defence.GREAT IDEA..Sometimes they may have to used it against those abusive and controlling guys(freaks).

No. I would not feel threatened. If you aren't there with the girl, she can defend herself! I would say that if you are there with her, do protect her thought. She may be strong, but what happens if she has some awful words thrown at her and is severely hurt inside? That's when you will be there to protect her! So, I wouldn't feel threatened, and would still protect her. It's the thing to do.

I am not threatened at all. In fact I find it very sexy, like Zhang Ziyi in 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon'! I would playfully try to 'test' her defense often.
I would protect her only if she really needed it, like if she was fighting off multiple attackers or someone armed with a sword.

It is inbred in Guys to protect and provide. To know self defence is fine. But don't always be talking like you don't need Him or that you are as tough as Him. He needs to feel like you need Him.

Personally, I don't care if the guy feels threatened or not. I'm not going to let him fight for me. I didn't start learning karate just so some guy can prove how "manly" he is.

I'd still protect her since I feel she deserves protection. She may not need it necessarily, but a woman deserves a man that is willing to take a bullet for her.
