Love is the greatest pleasure and also the greatest pain...Love is physically needing someone and being willing to do anything imaginable to make sure that person never suffers or feels pain. Love is not wanting to go to sleep because reality is better then any dream. Love is when you know every bad thing thats ever happened to you has been worth it because you met that one person. Love is finding a best friend and a soulmate in one, finding that person that makes you want to be a better person. Love is wanting someone to be the best that they can be because you see that in them, even when no one else can. Love is a word known in every language around the world, and many people think they are in "love" but they aren't. It is really just lust or infatuation, but they don't know of any other way to say that feeling so they call it love when it really isn't. Love is powerful and destructive, yet gentle and nurturing. Thats what I think love is....hope this helps!! Good luck in finding your answer!!

Love is caring about someone else more than yourself...where it is a "no-brainer" to decide to do what is best for them, rather than be selfish in your choices.
An example of this is when a mother of a child who really needs a new dress for some special event, and the mom really had her heart set on buying something for herself, and only has enough money for only one of the two, so chooses to buy the dress for her little girl--even if the item she had planned to get for herself was on sale one day only.
This is love...but not when taken to extremes; good judgment & maturity must be used also. For example, that same mother would not let her baby talk her into staying home every day with her, so they could go fun places together, because in the long run, missing work daily would lead to bad things for both mother & child.
True love does not just look at what one may get in return, but doing for the loved one is a reward in and of itself. You do not do nice things for your loved one, only in the hope that they recipocate, but merely to bring them joy, pleasure or a better quality life.
It is not driven by hormones, nor go away over time. True love is forever, and can be hard to find working in both directions. But it works best this way...when both parties are in love, they are carefully looking out for the other person--then no one ends up getting used.
I hope this helps.

love is an unbelievable game. there arent many rules, but if you break just one, youre out. you are always in a rush, running around trying to catch " the ball" , youre having ablast while doing it too.
love is probably one of the best things that i have ever experienced. words cant be typed to explain it. thinking about your boy/girl EVERYDAY and laughing at the funny things that you do together when youre just, at the grocery store lets say, thats love. being able to trust them, feeling as if your stomach is going to fly away everytime you see them. being able to make up after an argument. and falling asleep in each others arms with your legs/feet wrapped around each other, thats love my dear. i dont care what anyone says. hahah

Love is an intense feeling you have that circulates through your whole body. When it's real you know it b/c you're always at a loss for words, nervous, jittery, butterflies in the stomach, you know that kind of stuff. Recurring thoughts of the one you love, smiling for no reason at the thought of your love. Anticipation: you can't wait to see them. Read this...
"Love doesn't have a season,
Love doesn't need a reason.
It flows from the heart,
Even when we're apart.
And warms me inside,
When I stand by your side.

Love is an amazing feeling of which two people encounter when they care enough for eachother to trust eachother enough to fall inlove and the tingly feeling you get when you see him/her. When even though that person does something stupid you laugh. Everytime you are with that person you smile because it feels good just being with that person. when every day you are thinking about that person. love is when you want to spend the rest of your life with this person. Also love is when know matter how many times they mess up you think they are perfect. ;)

love is a combination of wonderful feelings you feel towards a person. when you love someone you cant stand to be without them, you miss them every moment they are not in your arms, and they are all you can think about. love is the best feeling in the world & should never be underseen.

Love...is...walking 30 min to a pay phone in the pouring rain to talk to your bf because you got your phone shut off....just because you don't want them to be worried about why they can't get a hold of you
