It's not for you to do anything....this is his past and he has to deal with it. You should stay out of it.

If the house is his he may need to take some legal action.

Honestly, its not in your best interest to get involved in a situation between them... That said:

If she is not on the lease, he can tell her to get out at anytime. Failing to do so, she can do nothing if she comes home and finds her stuff on the sidewalk and the locks changed.

If she is on the lease, you can only make it unpleasant enough for her to ask the landlord to get out of the lease. Having sex on the kitchen table as she walks in from work might do the trick.

If they co-OWN the house, your boyfriend needs to offer to buy out her half. If she refuses, then there is not much you can do in this case.

Display affection openly, specially the physical bit.Short of actual intercourse make it a point to do everything when she is around and behave as if shes not there with an occasional"oops didnt realize you were here" and say this with a twinkle in your eye while looking directly at her.Try it,i can give u money back guarantee it will work.

If he owns the house, or if the lease or rent is in his name, then you could use the police if necessary. If it's on both of their names, or on hers, then you're either out of luck, or he may have a chance of getting kicked out. Best of luck to you.

Why is he your current boyfriend when he still has his ex living with him? Play it safe on that one girlfriend, you are treading on some dangerous ground for a possible heart break. Even if he is through with her is she through with him?

If his name is the only name on the lease, he can move or he can evict her with the help of the local law enforcement.

If her name is on he lease, his only option is to move out.

Tell her she has until January 1st to move out - she can either do it herself or find all her stuff in boxes on the curb on January 2nd.
