What's wrong here is that your moral dilemma is with a senior being with a freshman. Shouldn't your moral dilemma be just hooking up with some girl and that's it? She must be real smart being in grade 9 and 15 years old. I guess that's why she agreed to hook up with you. If you have to ask this, I have to question how fully matured you are.

Well if you want to just hook up, does that just mean being sexually active with each other?

I think that if you are almost close to 18, stay away and find one that is close your age. Is not about the body being mature or not, is about the head. She might not be mentally mature like you and it won't work so don't waste you r time and keep her as a friend, and you never know when she gets older you might want to try it again if both are still interested,

Well no its not wrong because its just two years apart, but the law( depending on the state you live in) gives age limits for how old you can be to have sex with girls, cause you almost 18 and you dont want to get lock up for rape man but other than that just make sure you check that out so you wont regret it later

The age of consent in most states is 16, but it does vary between 14 and 18.

Check below for you state.

Let me tell you something honey, let her mature before you get her emotions in a tangle. If you don't then you'll put her up for a rollercoaster ride and it won't be good for anyone. Besides Why Are YOu hooking up so called outside of marriage anyway?

First of all, only use half years for toddlers (e.g. 2 and a half, 3 and a half). Depending on your state's laws, hooking up with her might be considered statutory rape. If not, go for it, dude.

I think you are overlooking this idea. I think that its alright to date and hookup a freshman... i mean especially if she doesnt look like a little girl. I think that if you like her you should ask her out! Good luck!

You're under 18; she's under 18. It's called something..something..with a minor. End of story.
