Why do SOME christians think that humans creating phones, pants, goods, ect are the same as god making the universe. I mean, I've heard some christians say stuff like "People created cell phones, so why don't you think god created the universe?"
P.S, I'm not saying all christians are like this, just some.

Beats me. The logic seems so obviously faulty.

This type of reasoning probably occurs within the creationist's argument for God's existence as seen through the orderliness of the universe. The argument by design is simply that randomness cannot account for the degree of order seen throughout the universe--especially that on the earth which sustains life.

The main dissimilarity between a person's "creating" a cell phone and God's creating the universe would be that God created the universe "ex nihilo" (out of nothing), whereas a person only "creates" things out of pre-created materials. This is more a matter of re-creation or re-shaping than creation in the manner creationists suggest God created the universe.
