Breakdown is a part of the music. In this case when somebody looked at the song La Bamba, they noticed that this musical instrument was being used. Los Lobos (The Wolves) is a rock band that covered the song La Bamba. The images from this video is from a movie about the singer that originally performed La Bamba.
