Just today I seen on my boyfriend of 5 years' HotorNot website that he had messaged a girl (total stranger) in the Meet Me section saying she was a hottie/cutie/sexy and that she sould msg him back cause he lived close to her. Is that cheating without phyical contact? Cause I am super pissed and sick about it. Am I overreacting?

I found the site by going into history to find an old "work" site that I needed. Seen it... almost died when I seen that he sent her the message. No message back fr. the girl...that I know is not spam. I was not "checking up" on him and there is no mention of his committment to me.

If he is going behind your back, with another woman (doesn't matter what they are doing), then he is cheating. Dump his loser a ss. Then he can have all the fun he wants meeting whores on the internet.

No sweetheart your not overreacting. B/f is trying to get a little physical on the side, Without you knowing about it. But now that you know. Just tell him that he better start thinking about your good loving that you give him at home. Or he is going to find his self with a jar of Vaseline and his hand on that website alone.

Did he tell the girl that he IM'd that he was involved. Sometimes people do bone headed things like flirt and get caught. I suspect that you both have some trust issues. After all you were checking out his site. If you blow up in his face about it he will find out that you have been checking up on him as well as you knowing about his flirting. Either way, coming clean will cause a lot of problems.

No you are not overreacting. Why in the hell did he mention that he lived close to her. He obviously wants to meet her. If he's got his mind on another girl, it's not good. Put the brakes on it or let him go.

It might be spam.....are you SURE he actually knows this girl? I get nasty, filty emails and myspace messages all the time from porn sites that LOOK like real messages..........give him the benefit of the doubt........
It's not really cheating....confront him....make him tell you why she's so hot then force him to make wild love to you while calling you her name!

That is how my ex started out before he cheated...It is cheating in the mind and if you can do it in your mind then there is no doubt that you can physically do it. You start justifying it and one thing will lead to another. Tell him he needs to stop or you will leave...
