There is a girl at school that I like. I've only known her for 5 months. We really don't know each other too well also. It's one of those situations where you say hi to each other in the hallway and smile at each other. What should I do?

Ask her if she'd like to go out for a cup of coffee sometime. It is really low key and most people love Starbucks...if not for coffee, then tea or a hot chocolate or something. It is a nice place to chat and get to know each other a little better. I think she will love it. Then take it from there.

If you know how to cook, Then you should fix a lunch, And take it with you to school, And ask her to join you. But make sure that she doesn't have a boyfriend, Like the caption of the football team. It might turn out to be a very painful lunch.

Try talking to her and ask her if she would like to hang out with you and a few of your other friends. Like a group date or just a day out with friends. Go to the movies, or the mall, or bowling, or mini-golf. Something public.

attempt to approach her when she is by herself and just start chatting to her and see if she would like to go for lunch or something... for her to smile at u means she is been friendly and politte, but trust me if a girl is not intrested she wont acknowledge that u even exist.. however she does by smiling at you.... good luck!!!!
