When i open IE7 i get an error box how do i stop this?

When i open ie7 or go to a new web site it brigns up this error box with a very very long address in it saying it can not find the url. How do i stop this?

◙ Internet Explorer is used by more people than all of the other 150 browsers combined. It's too bad that everyone doesn't know how much better Mozilla Firefox is than all of the other browsers and especially Internet Explorer. You can add literally thousands of very useful tools to Firefox for free. You have to pay ( http://www.ieaddons.com/ ) to do that with Internet Explorer. Besides Internet Explorer is full of bugs and you receive a lot more viruses and spyware while using it. Mozilla Thunderbird works just like Outlook & Outlook Express but without all of the viruses.

◙ People that write their own web pages absolutely hate Internet Explorer. Microsoft didn't follow the Web Standards when they created Internet Explorer. You have to code your for all the other browsers and then add a lot of CSS Filters so your pages will still look reasonably well in Internet Explorer. This is just plain ridiculous. Microsoft is so selfish.

◙ Mozilla Application Suite & Firefox are open source software. This means if you want to hack them to make them work better or look better you can do that without breaking anyone's copyright. Microsoft doesn't allow you to do that with Internet Explorer. Hacking them is very easy if you read the following book. You can change 99.9% of Firefox by hacking it.

◙ The book above was written in 2005 when Firefox 1.0 was the current version. Even though the book is a little out-of-date it is still the best place to start. A few of the Firefox Extensions mentioned in this book won't work with the current version of Firefox which is 2.0. But the book is still worth the money. It will give you literally thousands of ideas you wont get anywhere else. It will also will show you web sites to get help from.

Dont use IE7 any more... I would use Fire Fox which has been known not to mess up!

remove IE7..get firefox...

Uninstall IE 7 and go back to IE 6.
