I am a U.S citizen but I live in Juarez and I have a car imported to Mexico and a mexican driver license.

To drive in the U.S. for more than a day/vacation you need to have a US driver's license and car insurance.

You can apply for an international drivers license. But you would need to meet all of the US requirements for car insurance. I doubt that insurance purchased in Mexico would be valid here.

Yes, I would think so but for how long I don't know. To be on the safe side I would call the police station or tag agency here in the U.S. to be for sure.
