Hopefully some Norwegian will come to your rescue, but since you need an answer fast I'll reply although I'm Swedish.

Drage = dragon or kite. Maybe a place-name, too???
Småkaker = cookies (or small cookies) - the kind of cookies that you eat, that is, not computer cookies!
