How do you conditionally endorse a check?

How do you conditionally endorse a check to get a creditor to agree to remove negative credit information from your credit report to cash it? What language should you use? something that says by cashing you agree to: -needs to be contract binding

Don't write the check until they sign a contract agreeing to your terms. Anything you write on the check will be extremely difficult to enforce.
