i know it's funny it only happens like once a month or two, and my husband makes fun of it to no end!!!

Yep the nicotine speeds up your heart it is a stimulant and as such causes different responses in different people coffee makes me want to crap for you its cigarettes different stimulant different people different reasons for wanting to take a crap.

Increases colonic motility and promotes a defecation reflex (i.e. makes you wanna take a dump). Some people get so used to this that they cannot go number 2 without having a cigarette first. Doesnt work this way in everyone though.
