40 days. In the Bible, it says that a Jew, if he drops the Bible, has to fats for 40 days, and that is the longest a person can go by without eating anything.

Irritability and low morale, Weakness, poor judgement, and Weakened immune system.

It depends how much calories you are burning and how much fat stores you have. As long as you have water, you could survive for at least 3 or 4 weeks without food, although the hunger pains and exhaustion would be extreme.
