My friend said she asked her shy but very hot brother if he does this when he likes a chick and he said yes, and in Cosmo they said it's something shy guys do; guys in genreal actually, so I actually want to hear from GUYS-do you actuall do this? and Why? is it an easier way to show affection without it being obvious?

INo, el caramelo, yo no hago eso. 'm a shy guy, but I don't do what you just asked about. The only thing I turn is my head, and some times my eyes. But if a girl I'm talking to is facing away from me, I will try to face her from whatever direction, or walk away assuming the conversation is done.
