If I'm in a relatinship where my boyfriend somtimes loses his temper and hurts ne physically and emotionally and he says he loves me when he apoligizes does he really love me.

If he herts you that way and doesn` make you feel happy, leave him. He isn`t good enough for you . Don`t let him hert you.

He may love you. But you need to love yourself. Do not allow someone else to hurt you physically or otherwise. No matter what his reasons, he has no right. It sounds like he has issues he needs to work out on his own. I think that deep down inside he knows that too. The best thing you can do for both of you is to get out of that relationship and live your life. If he were thinking clearly, he wouldn't want you to stay in an abusive relationship with anyone. NO. Let me repeat, NO. If he really loved you, he would never want to cause you a moment's pain. He would master his temper and never hit or belittle you.
Maybe he's sincerely sorry to lash out at you, and maybe he does care for you. But his is a pathetic, weak, selfish kind of love if he can't control himself. You can forgive him, but that doesn't mean you need to put up with it.
Break up with him immediately and tell him that if he REALLY loves you, he will work on controlling his temper and his fists, and become a better person before attempting to get back together with you or anyone else.

As much as it will hurt and as hard as it will be get out of this realtionship ASAP .. any kind of abuse is very unhealthy and will only bring you down in the long run. If it is at all possible have him seek prefessional help to work with his temper and correct it before it ruins you both. Good luck

sometimes another person will show their anger by being abusive in many different ways.Alot has to do with control.And if he says he loves you,then he should show you but not by being abusive.If I was you I would get out of the relationship or offer him some anger management classes.Good luck girl.

I have been in a lot of relationships like that, and no he doesnt. If he really loved you he wouldnt beable to do that to you, no matter what. Good luck in all you do!
