I am making a Peanut Butter Pie for a dinner on Sat and I need to find a good chocolate drizzle recipe to go on top of it. I am not sure about Baker's chocolate squares. I have never used them. I have read that they're bitter. If you have a good recipe for it, let me know. Which is better, chips or squares? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for the info!

Get milk choc. chips. (They are sweeter). Put a few drops of water in the bowl with chips and melt in microwave. Start out with 15 seconds, stir and use 15 sec. increments until melted. Use fork tines to drizzle over pie.

chocolate syrup for ice cream works great because you can pierce the top of the can with a small hole and then it will drizzle very easily
