Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/blackheads.html

There is no QUICK way to get rid of black heads. Trust me I've been to some of the best spa's in the country and tried all kinds of products. If you find a spa that does good extractions, it can help speed up the process in combination with other treatments.
Also I've found Renova to be a good product for blackheads, hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles...

But if you don't want to spend a fortune there are things you can do that will work over time.
My skin is very sensitive to many of the additives in drugstore products so I generally try to use natural products when possible.

1. Drink lots of water! helps rid the body of toxins.
2. Exfoliate, I exfoliate a few times a week it clean out pores stimulate new skin regeneration (ex. sugar, cornmeal, ground almond)
3. Cleanse. with a simple soap (ex. dove) only once a day.
4. Astringent/toner. I use lemon juice(naturally lightens hyper-pigmentation, but not good if you have open sores) or witch-hazel, to remove impurities from the skin.
5. Moisturize. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!!! The only moisturizer I use is vaseline. As crazy as this may sound I apply it with a bit of water every night and it is my favorite weapon against blackheads. I find it keeps my skin soft and supple and it has never clogged my pores! Fight fire with fire so they say right.

Hope this helps!
