No, those are the best ones. I have to admit though sometimes I hear His voice even when I don't want to listen!

When I begin my Wiccan ritual, I ask that God calm me and clear my mind that I may hear It. I then meditate for however long it takes, being completely still and silent, until I reach an altered state of consciousness and am able to understand. Blessings to you all!

prayer is not meant to be an occurrence where you sit idly and talk to god. While it is that, it is way of existence where you look for God to be involved in your life all day every day. This is what Paul meant by pray without ceasing.

Don't listen while you are on your knees. Look for Him in everything you do. He is there and you will see him.

"Be still and know that I am God". Try it. Clear your thoughts after praying and just focus on spending time in His presence. That little guilt pang you suddenly feel or that pulling on your heart about something you've prayed about is God talking to you. Be still. He's there.

God Bless.

just pray that you would hear his voice. and it's not always going to be some big voice booming from th sky. it saounds like your conciense. He's the one that tells you to not do something or maybe remind you to pray for something or somebody.what are you specifically looking for God to tell you?

When I am in my car on a nice long drive.

He reminds me that life is a journey...and that no matter how many times I stop, get off the highway, there's always an ON ramp ...just remember to get back on going the right way!

News flash for you. Your heart is an organ, a muscle for pumping blood to your body. It hears nothing, it is incapable of hearing a thing. Stop your poetic wanderings and wake up to the real world around you.

If Gods voice speak in your hearts it will continue for at least three days. Not more than that or less than that. The voice will be always postive too.

God speaks to your heart, not to your ears.
Let His Holy Spirit, who indwells all believers, lead your way.
Isn't it great that God lives within you and me?
