would you want to see it?

If there was evidence that whatever you believe about God was false, would you pay attention, or would you keep believing in what you already do?

"proof" meaning evidence sufficient to establish a thing as true.

You're right, I do not have the proof, it is a hypothetical question...Just wanted to see how many people would even consider the possibility and have a desire for Truth...

There is just too much order in nature, despite the chaotic state of humankind, for there not to be a Supreme, Almigty One.

I don't know.... good thing its not going to happen. Christianity has lived on since the beginning of time, literally. Athiests are always looking for proof. Their closest is probebly somewhere related to "Why does God allow bad things to happen?" or maybe some reference to evolution.

It's all been answered. Even if the answer doesn't make sence, or you choose not to believe it.

I'll play fair. It's not like christians have found proof for their beliefs. Think about it though, so many instances have happened. Maybe you can't even think of one, that's furthering my topic. Just like christians don't listen to athiests all the time, neither do athiests listen to christians. What about all the item's of moses's journey being discovered, or all those witnessed guardian angel stories, or evidense against evolution? Speaking of which, scientists are leaning away from evolution but it's not being heard in a crowd of stubborn athiests!

We know your frustration. That's all im trying to say. It's gonna be a never ending battle on !Y answeres and all over the world.

I would actually listen this day and age. Many years ago I probably wouldnt because I believed that the Bible(kings james version btw!!!) was the infallible word of God and nothing can go against it and that it was sooo perfect. Now im older and know better and understand that there are other things in this world and that the Bible was put together of various books and others were ommitted and that there are other holy books and that those dont always see eye to eye witht biblical stuff.

Definitely, but I'd cross check thoroughly. Your idea of proof might be the flawed thing, not my view of the world.

But given (hypothetically) that your proof stands, then I can't do better than: "Truth is better than much profit. I have searched over the grounds of my belief, and if wife and child and name and fame were all to be lost to me one after the other as the penalty, still I will not lie." — Thomas Henry Huxley

I only lost most of my friends.

...What about you - Jesus of Nazareth, who was a real historical figure, witnessed by the Bible and secular historians of His day, and believed on by millions who lives He has changed - well this Jesus claimed to be God and the only way to God. Now, He was one of these - a liar, a lunatic, a legend, or Lord.
...Who do you say that He is? He really leaves you no wiggle room.
...I really am not trying to trap you, but I really wish you would trust in Him and receive eternal salvation.
...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and be saved. Acts 16:31
...Whosoever will, may come.

If you had proof that my God was wrong, I would want to see it. But only if it was 100%, indisputable proof. I believe that my idea of God is correct, but if I am mistaken, I want to know so I can do the right thing.

But Jesus is pretty hard to disprove...

Anyway, tell me if you can find evidence that God wants us to have sex before marriage, so I can show my girlfriend.

I would stick to what u believe in. Nobody really has truth that god is real or not but it is my religion to believe so I do. I didn't believe you when you said that you had proof, because nobody does have proof.

Absoloutely, I do not have blind faith, but rather faith based on evidence. If something came out to prove me wrong I would want to see it, though I do not believe you could provide such proof. I have no idea what you are hypothetically claiming to disprove though
