are the qualities I find in Christianity's story of Jesus Christ. It seems perfect because my favorite movies (lord of the rings, matrix, books by C.S. Lewis) reflect similar qualities. Is that perhaps a reason why humans find Christianity attractive? The story is also like a fairy tale: is that why some find it hard to believe and reject it. does it seem to unrealistic? or for things to happen the way God wanted them to happen, isn't it perfection?

To kill in the name of god is not perfection, nor is it acceptable.

To try converting as many people as you can into christian is wrong.

Yet, insults and religions unacceptance is still the norm.

Perfection cannot exist anyways. Light within Darkness, Darkness within Light. Purity is invalid through that analogy.

If you look into books such as the Chronicles of Narnia or The Lord of the Rings, you will find that the characters of Aslan and Frodo have many similarities with Jesus Christ. C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkein were both deeply religious authors and their works reflect that. Their characters freely sacrifice themselves in order to help save the rest of the world and both pay a deep price in suffereing for their sacrifice. Just as Jesus was beaten and killed for us, protagonists in these series die for their people. Christianity may see a bit unrealistic and outlandish for some people, but it is no more far-fetched than the next religion, proving religion is based on faith, and we must believe what we know to be right.

Don't know about that but the simple truth is some people don't deserve to live. Some do. How could the truth be any simpler.
Adam and Eve was given a home here on the earth and they blew it. Hopefully some of us will be resurrected to enjoy a paradise earth. How complicated is that?

Has it occurred to you that perhaps these stories you enjoy (written many centuries after the Bible) have some basis in the events of the Bible?

"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us that are saved it is the power of God."
