Help her by giving her info on preventing STD's and pregnancy (clearly she is not mature enough to raise children yet) and maybe some condoms and then mind your own beeswax. It's her life, she can do as she pleases if she's an adult. If she's not an adult let her parents know so they can deal with it.
If she happens to be your "girlfriend" dump her. No one needs to put up with being cheated on. Clearly she cannot be trusted.

Is this your friend or your girlfriend? She obviously has some self esteem issues going on and she is the only one that can fix that. Tell her your concerns of her behavior. If she is your girlfriend I would leave her alone because diseases run rampid out there and you must protect yourself. If she is just a friend then I would just try to talk to her to let her know that this is risky behavior. Sex can kill you now a days. Plus she should have more respect for herself and her reputation but if she doesn't care then anything you say won't matter anyways.

You can't really help her. If she's actually addicted or not, she might need counseling. If this is just a phase or an identity thing, maybe she needs support or friends with good influences. Stand by her and let her know you don't like what she's doing, but don't judge her. Let her talk to you, hang out with her, and maybe help her find other things to keep her mind off of sex.

If she is your girlfriend dump her. If not enjoy, she's not addicted she just has a high libido and is enjoying the oportunity that women have, to sleep with as many men as they please.
