She wants your attention even if it is negative attention.
The good news is you can train her out of this behavior.
When she bugs you next time tell her that you can't do what she wants right now, but you will read her a story in 30 minutes (or something). You decide how much time that is and what the treat is. Make it a reasonable amount of time based on how old she is. A child who is 3 is not able to wait for long periods of time. You have to be consistent, and keep up w/ your side of the bargain - if you say, we'll have a cracker tea party when you finish reading your science homework. Then you need to have the cracker tea party time.
Don't lie to her or tease her. Don't hit her.
Don't let her annoy you into reacting and reducing yourself to her level. Model mature behavior to her. You will both be happier. Plus your mother and father will be happier with both of you.

quick idea, what if you were to show your mom the question that you are asking all of us, mabe she will realize that if you need to do this to resolve something that she thinks didn't happen the way you say it did then maybe you really are telling the truth. try it, it just might work

slap her upside the head and look at her in the eyes and tell her that this **** has to stop. If your serious that shoukd do it, the inly reason they feel they can get away with it its becasue you allow it to.
